Trust to hold public meeting at Guildhall on Monday October 26

19th Oct 2015

Northampton Town Supporters’ Trust can confirm that it will be holding a meeting for fans to attend which will discuss the current situation at the football club and how the Trust can move forward.

The meeting will be held at the Guildhall on St Giles’ Street on Monday October 26 from 7pm until 9pm.

There is a maximum capacity at the building of 220 people, so places will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

If you are not a member of the Trust there will be the opportunity to join on the evening, and we would appreciate your support in doing so.

We would also welcome as many questions in advance to keep the evening structured and avoid repeatedly discussing the same points. We will only be accepting one question from each person – so make your question count.

The Trust is keen to emphasise that the objective of the meeting is to look forward to our future options, although there will be a short time for our panel to answer questions about how the football club has arrived at this situation.

One confirmed guest speaker so far is Trevor Stroud, the chairman of Wycombe Wanderers Supporters’ Trust.

Wycombe was purchased by its Supporters’ Trust back in 2012 and Trevor can offer an insight into how this was done and how the Trust continues to run the club.

A number of other parties have also been invited and these will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Please send all questions in advance to ntfc_trust@outlook.com.

Thank you for your patience and support.
