It was good to catch up with Sixfields Sounds DJ Mat Amos before yesterday’s game with Carlisle.
The Supporters Trust has provided Mat with an all-weather gazebo for use before home games should the weather be wet.
It wasn't needed yesterday but it will offer future protection to Mat’s sound equipment on rainy matchdays.
Mat said: “Thank you to the Trust for buying a gazebo for when the weather is bad.
"The pre-match music by Carr’s Bar had proved popular with Cobblers fans and, judging by the comments I get, the away fans love it too.
“I’m hopeful that an awning will also be in place for use next season.”
