The long-awaited Sixfields land deal - today finalised between West Northamptonshire Council and Northampton Town Football Club/County Developments Northampton (Limited) - should see the East Stand finally completed, as promised by the club’s owners David Bower and Kelvin Thomas.
Now that the land sale contracts have been signed, we eagerly await the project plan, timetable and the final designs for the completion of the stand.
Like all fans, the Trust is reassured that a speedy resumption of its completion will be clearly evident as soon as the season ends, if not earlier.
